With the efforts of Nick'O, Bobtuse (and a bit of Sandman) we now have a new Roof on Helen's House and have repainted the exterior trim in a complimentary brown. I've discovered the walkway to the side door has developed a rather dangerous sink hole and the concrete is collapsing and will need to be replaced ( I'm thinking a flagstone walkway and some other basic landscaping). We are also currently refurbishing the "Old Garage Building" and will be re-covering that roof as well, rebuild the windows and doors and fixing up the sides wherever needed turning it into a Gym Space for Will and any others who should like to work on their health.
