Winters arrived and with it the peaceful solitude that is so common and appreciated here in the little town of Gerlach. This year I don't really have any major projects slated as yet for any of the properties here in town with the possible exception of putting an awning on the front of the Friends Of Black Rock Office. I will be drafting some Landscaping ideas for Helens House and I feel that the buildings at the Pool Property could use a new paint job. So as for the moment the only thing to report here is that we have completed the new Communications Tower over at the Pool Property, and that Burning Man purchased the Old Alan Theater on Main Street simply as an investment. The Old Theater is in really really poor condition and it has yet to be determined what to actually do with the property. I think this winter I will focus myself mostly on improvements to my house out here at the Ranch.
