In 2004 BRS began a major transformation from it's former self, both in function and form. In May of 2004 Dave Pedroli was hired as NV Properties Manager and I as Project Forman for construction of the Well House, the Genie Shed, the Gazebo and the Shade Structures along side of the common shop, what was to be a 3 month job. Everything was still located on the 80 acres back then with very little organization. As I was constructing the sheds and shade structures a separate contracted crew was building the new yard and Metric, Jordan, Draka Sam and Dave were busy clearing the 80 acres and moving everything into the new yard (see 80 acres below left). Just before the event that year BM bought the Black Rock Saloon which was in quite a state of demise having not been used in X many years. We did a Initial clean up of the place, ripped out the orange shag carpet and did a little basic painting in the bar area before opening the doors to DPW.
